my philosophy

Your positive experience is my top priority, so I book a limited number of sessions each month. That being said, I am readily available to answer any questions you have leading up to or even after your session.

I believe that your images deserve my time and focus, and I intentionally avoid overbooking so I can do just that. I’m not about accepting every session that comes my way, just to have to crank out the final edit before the next shoot. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your investment, so I take pride in the detailed editing process that allows me to deliver a gallery you will love!

Taking fewer clients allows margin in my personal time so that I can show up to your session 100% and your experience will be effortless, fun and you’ll cherish your photos for years!

I take pictures to capture moments so people can remember forever. I love documenting life and creating memories with clients through pictures.

One of my favorite things that I get to do as a photographer is build lasting relationships and see your story change over time! So many photographers have a specific niche where they thrive, but I want to be there to capture everything! Graduation, engagement, wedding, pregnancy announcements, maternity, newborns, family, and everything in between.

what to expect

 When working with clients, I am aware that not everyone feels comfortable in front of a camera. My hope for each session is to create a comfortable atmosphere so clients barely even notice the camera. I believe the most beautiful shots (and the most fun times) happen organically. Something magical happens when we shoot lifestyle and storytelling photography. This means that when you book with me, I want to tell your story in the most natural way possible. Let the kiddos run and play, embrace the wind in your hair, laugh until you cry. ALL THE FEELS! I’ll help prompt you along the way, but I promise, I will do my best to set you at ease and just have fun!


My editing style is true to life with a little moody tone of warmth and rich colors. My favorite places to shoot are outside with natural light, soft backgrounds, right before sunset, but I also have a studio where we can be creative together!

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

  • For most sessions, I like to chat through your ideal date, location and the time I think will work best for lighting. I will send you booking details with a contract, invoice, along with a quick questionnaire so that I can best tell your story. When I receive your deposit, your session is considered booked and my schedule is blocked off for you! The remaining balance is due the week prior to your session.

  • Sessions that are within 30 minutes of Sierra Vista do not have a travel fee. For areas beyond that, I charge $50 per hour of travel. Locations on my travel bucket list will receive a discount!

  • For the quickest, secure online payment option, Zelle works great! It is compatible with most banks, is really easy to use, and cuts out hefty processing fees. I also use Stripe to accept debit and credit card payments. I may accept cash, check, and other online payment options upon request. Wedding packages may include payment plans upon request.

  • For most sessions, I charge a $50 rescheduling fee and will try to book a date within 2 weeks of your original booking.

  • Don’t worry! Living in AZ I am used to accomodating for monsoon and other unpredictable weather. Let’s have fun in the rain and create a story you’ll share for years! If that’s not your thing, my studio is always an option.

  • Every session includes a style consultation upon request and some sessions include access to my client closet. I can also send a style guide to help coordinate with groups.

  • For most sessions, I can recommend some great local makeup artists and hair stylists. It will be up to you to schedule and pay for those services.

  • Most family sessions have a maximum of 6 people included in the price. Each additional person is $20. I also have large group packages for extended families up to 20 people.

  • My turnaround time averages 2-4 weeks depending on the session. For weddings, You can expect your gallery to be delivered in 6-8 weeks.

  • Along with most professional photographers, I do not release any RAW images. Your gallery will include the best images from your session, all fully edited to maintain my creative branding. Each session includes a set number of digital images for download, with the option to purchase more. If you are unhappy with the final product, just let me know and I will do my best to tweak it and deliver a gallery that you love!
